Prerequisites and app installation
Purpose
This page clarifies what must be in place before the first setup and how the app gets onto your Atlassian site.
Prerequisites

Steps: install the app
- Install the ISMS with Jira & Confluence app from the Atlassian Marketplace onto your site and confirm the requested permissions. (The exact Marketplace dialog belongs to Atlassian and can differ per site configuration — verify the flow in your environment.)
- Then open Apps → ISMS with Jira & Confluence in Jira. The app page with the ISMS Hub appears (The ISMS Hub at a glance).
Expected result
Before setup, the hub shows: “The ISMS Toolkit is not set up on this site yet.” Administrators additionally see the highlighted block “Step 1: Choose your language” and the Go to setup button.
Checking the licence
Without an active licence, administrators see the red banner “🔒 No active license. Installation is disabled — please contact maplee (https://maplee.de).” under every page header, with the button Re-check license. The same button is permanently available in Setup & Configuration in the License block.
