Without your consent, we do not generally pass data on to third parties. We use processors (external service providers, e.g. for web hosting) to process your data. If data is passed on to processors, this always takes place in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

Your data is mainly processed by companies to which the GDPR applies. If processing by third-party services outside the EU takes place, they must meet the requirements of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR.

Your personal data will be deleted or blocked as soon as the consent given for processing is revoked or the purpose for storage no longer applies, unless statutory retention obligations apply (commercial law: 6 years, tax law: 10 years).

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

When using our website for information purposes only, we collect only the data that your browser transmits: IP address, internet service provider, date/time of access, browser type, language, content of the request, time zone, HTTP status code, amount of data, referring website, operating system.

These data are stored in server log files for security reasons for a few days and then automatically deleted. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 s. 1 lit. f) GDPR.

When you contact us by e-mail, your details are processed for the purpose of handling the request. The data will be deleted as soon as the conversation has ended. For users with an existing contractual relationship, we store data for up to two years after the contract ends.
