You have a security officer, a team, and a plan — you don't need full-service consulting, you need a properly set-up start. That is exactly what this package is for: installation, configuration to your organisation, migration of your existing content, training for your key users. After that you carry on independently.

The situation

Installation is deliberately straightforward. The value of this package lies in the decisions that follow: module scope, permissions, naming conventions, migration strategy. These are settings that are costly to correct later.

How it works

  1. 01

    Week 1 — Installation and configuration

    Installation in your production environment · module and scope selection · customisation of fields, workflows, filters, and reports · permission concept and roles · language and naming conventions.

  2. 02

    Week 2 — Migration

    Transfer of your existing content: risk register, asset lists, measures, policy text, control assessments. We clean up what can reasonably be cleaned up and flag what you need to decide yourself.

  3. 03

    Week 3 — Training and handover

    Half-day key-user training: daily operation, maintenance routines, reports, administration. Handover with brief documentation of your specific configuration.

  4. 04

    After — 30 days hypercare

    Direct line for questions from live operation, with response within one working day. Experience shows the most useful questions arise in week two after handover.

Not included

ISMS consulting — meaning deciding which risks and measures are the right ones. This package sets up the system and populates it with your content; the substantive work is part of the ISMS Implementation. Also not included: the ISMS app licence, creation of policies, and custom software development.
